Provides administrative services to clients from a remote location. Focuses on logistics planning, customer service support, email management, vendor coordination, and payments.
Data Entry
Maintains client database by entering new and updated client account information. Maintains data entry requirements by following client’s processes and procedures. Verify client data entry for accuracy to prepare for audit or reviews.
Event Design Concept / Special Projects
Identify ways to highlight client events by providing creative and unique floor plans, visuals, interactive activities, and incentive recommendations.
Onsite Starr Treatment Lead (STL)
Personal STL provides onsite day of event management assistance. Your personal STL will be responsible for executing the day of event logistics provided by the project or event lead. Logistics management includes: arranging pre-con meetings, monitoring registration, conducting food and beverage reviews, ensuring AV is set up, managing hotel and travel accommodations, and post event follow-ups, all while providing Starr Treatment to our clients.
